These Check-List include what we do each time for  a "standard", "deep" and or a "spring" cleaning at Residential Properties & an example of what we do each time at a Commercial car dealerships:

What we do and giving you quote

Rental and Non-Rental Cleaning:

Price will vary depending upon the following:


  • Rental vs. non-Rental
  • Size
  • Location
  • Number of bathrooms and/or size and complexity; (e.g., glass shower door vs. shower curtain, separate tub, etc.
  • Wooden floors vs. carpets
  • Pets 
  • Weekends will cost more


 We will always email you a quote "sight-unseen" by asking a few questions per email, then after our initial walk-through, we will email you a firm quote.  However, we might need to re-adjust the price in the future, and if so, we will always email you prior to any changes and wait for your reply before any future services are rendered. 


Commercial Cleaning is also offered.



Carpet Cleaning

  • Vacuum carpet
  • Pre- Spot  with Stain Remover then hand scrub each stain
  • Clean with professional Steam Cleaning machine

Note:  We do not move any heavy items

Windows:

Our pricing will be less than companies specializing in just window washing for the following reasons:


  • We can't use ladders over 5'
  • 2nd fl and above, the windows must be able to be cleaned from the inside

   

Assuming we can reach the inside window without having to move heavy items, e.g. beds, couches, etc. this is what we will do for each window:


  1. Place towels below each window
  2. Remove and clean screen outside if possible with a hose and or in a bathtub/shower
  3. Clean the inside and outside with glass cleaner
  4. Wipe off inside and outside sill
  5. Replace screen and re-lock window

Depending upon the size and complexity of each window, below are typical estimates:


  • Small - $10
  • Med -  $14
  • Large - $20
  • Sliders - $20

We would conduct a walk-through, and then email you a firm price.

You guys are a marvel.  You started with a real mess and the place now is pretty much spotless.  The windows look particularly good.  We're very pleased. 

We're wondering how you got the master bathroom shower so clean.  Is there a particular product you use, or was it just elbow grease?

Thanks for a great job.  Send along your bill and we'll get a check off to you.  One request: when you receive the check, please send me a copy of the bill indicating it's been paid -- I'll need that for the insurance company.
